Construction of a new single story equine veterinary hospital approx. 8,000 SF.
Outbuilding and structures included pre-engineered metal garage building, outpatient barn, stall enclosures, cattle treatment gates and paddock fencing.
Included load bearing masonry construction and load bearing cold-formed steel framing, concrete slab on grade with reinforced concrete spread footings.
